Highway 212 Reopened to Minnesota Border

WATERTOWN, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation says Highway 212 from the Highway 15 south junction at mile marker 398 to the Minnesota border is open to traffic. 

This project still has items to be completed in the spring that will be done without completely closing the highway to traffic. 

This project includes milling, concrete overlay, piper work, structure replacement and approach grading. 

The prime contractor on this $13.8 million project is Knife River Construction, LLC.
