BRADLEY, S.D. – On Monday, April 21, 2025, crews will begin grading on S.D. Highway 25 near Bradley from the junction of S.D. Highway 20 to the south for six miles. The work will result in this portion of Highway 25 being closed to all through traffic.
The closure is anticipated to be in place until Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025. During the closure, signed detour routes will be in place to guide passenger vehicles around the work zone. All truck traffic is required to use other State highways to detour around the closure.
This work is part of a larger project that involves grading, interim surfacing, and pavement marking on Highway 25.
The prime contractor for this $11 million project is Midwest Contracting LLC of Marshall, MN. The overall project completion date is June 2026.
