U.S. Highway 14 - From Philip East Eight Miles
Project Summary:
This project will replace three structures, two box culverts, and construct one new bridge.
Approach grading and pipe replacement will also be included on the project.
Traffic is rerouted around the work area using the temporary diversions so crews can conduct structure and grading work. Traffic diversions will remain in place for the majority of the 2024 construction season. The first phase of work is expected to be completed on Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, with work resuming in spring 2025.

Oct. 15, 2025 – Nov. 15, 2025, Completed Work:
Permanent signing and striping were completed. The diversion and the pipes beneath it were removed. Topsoil, permanent seed, and bonded fiber matrix were placed to stabilize the slopes. Permanent fencing was installed, along with final erosion control measures.

All work is complete.
